Southern High School will hold its annual CCP Informational Meeting on February 26 (Ohio University presenting) and March 12 (Rio Grande College presenting) at 6pm in the High School Media Center. Attached is the information for the written notice. This is a requirement for all students and families interested in their student taking CCP courses next year who are currently in grades 6-11. This includes students that are currently taking CCP courses and plan to do so again next year. Parents and students can attend either meeting but must attend one to participate in the CCP program.
We will be on a 2 hour delay tomorrow, January 14. These buses will run their normal routes tomorrow: Bus 3, Bus 8, Bus 11.
The buses below will NOT be running the following roads:
Bus 4-Makenzie Ridge, Nease Hollow, Elige Hill Road , Carmel Road, Bailey Road, Court Street., Salser Road
Bus 6-Sellers Ridge, Grimm Road, Barringer Ridge, Durst Ridge, Trouble Creek, Lovett Road, Valley Belle, Sharon Hollow, Eaton Road.
Bus 7-Blind Hollow, Johnson Road, Waid Sayre Hill
Bus 9-Hayman Road, Dewitt’s Run
Due to some of the road conditions, we will be running on a two hour delay tomorrow. We will not be doing a two hour early dismissal. Busses will not run certain roads and this list will be posted on ROOMS.

High school forensics students began investigating a Christmas themed mock crime scene today. They were engaged in hands-on, collaborative learning in which each member played a different role in a CSI team. Roles included senior investigator, crime scene officer, forensic photographer, crime scene sketch artist, and evidence technician.
