Attention Southern Football Players 7-12 grade. Lifting is going to start Wednesday, January 22nd. After school workouts will be from 3-4:15 on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning. Lifting starts at 5:30 am on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday You are expected to make at least 3 team lifts a week if you’re not currently in a winter sport. Please dress accordingly tennis shoes , shorts / sweatpants.
