RACINE—Juniors and seniors at Southern High School were treated to an engaging and informative event designed to ignite excitement about their futures beyond graduation. Students had the unique opportunity to discover what awaits them should they choose to further their education after high school, opening their eyes to a world of possibilities.
On Thursday, October 1, Southern High School welcomed two dynamic guests: Michael Hoard, Student Recruiter at Marshall University, and Jacob Shull, Senior IT Consultant at the Marshall Mid-Ohio Valley Center in Point Pleasant, WV. Their visit energized the campus and captured the attention of students eager to learn more about their post-secondary options.
They spoke to students about different programs, campus life, perks of being a Marshall student, and campus safety.
Thank you to the professionals for their time.
