S.T.O.R.M Students of the Month
Rowan Patterson- 1st Grade
Rowan is a wonderful student who consistently works hard and strives to do his very best. He comes to class focused, prepared, and ready to learn, and shows resilience when faced with challenging tasks. Rowan is a model STORM student who consistently follows expectations and sets a positive example for others. Most importantly, he is a kind and helpful friend to his classmates. We are so proud to recognize Rowan as our Student of the Month!
Baylee Holley- 4th Grade
Baylee is a wonderful example of kindness, responsibility, and leadership. Each morning, without being asked, she helps care for our school by picking up trash and rocks from the front yard. She also takes time to sit with early drop-off students and comfort them when they are having a difficult morning. In the classroom, Baylee is prepared, respectful, and helps encourage others to stay on task. Her positive attitude and caring heart make our school a better place. Congratulations Baylee
Students of the Month
Madden Casto- 7th Grade
Madden is a wonderful example of kindness, responsibility, and leadership. He has taken an active role in helping another student, consistently checking in and making sure the student gets safely to the bus. Madden treats everyone he meets with kindness and respect and always seems to have a smile on his face. He works hard, brings a positive attitude to school each day, and is a wonderful role model who demonstrates the Tornado Code in all that he does.
Emma Shuster-12th Grade
Emma Shuster consistently goes above and beyond in all areas, but especially in the classrooms where she is a student helper. She is compassionate and caring, taking time to comfort students when they are upset and helping them feel safe and supported. The impact Emma has made is easy to see... students often run to her with excitement as soon as they see her! Emma is dependable, hardworking, and always willing to help with a smile and a positive attitude. She treats every student with kindness and patience, making her a wonderful role model for our youngest students. We are proud to recognize Emma as our Student of the Month!

Leslie Dunfee
Leslie comes to work each day with a smile on her face and a positive attitude, no matter what the day may bring. Her positivity is contagious—it’s hard not to smile or laugh when Leslie is around! She is always willing to help, step in wherever she is needed, and support those around her. Her consistent positivity and willingness to lend a hand make a difference in our school every day. We are very proud to recognize Leslie as our Teacher of the Month!

Keri Smith
Keri Smith is an amazing paraprofessional who goes above and beyond each day for our students and staff. She is patient, caring, dependable, and always willing to step in wherever she is needed. Keri has a special way of connecting with students, making them feel supported while encouraging them to do their very best. Her kindness, hard work, and dedication make a difference in our school every day. We are very proud to recognize Keri as our Staff Member of the Month!
