Rio Grande, OH – More than 40 enthusiastic Southern High School juniors and seniors had the opportunity to attend the University of Rio Grande College Fair on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
More than 40 colleges and universities were represented, including The Ohio State University, Ohio University, Shawnee State University, Hocking College, and even several branches of the U.S. military.
SHS students showed outstanding respect, curiosity, and school pride as they engaged with recruiters, asked thoughtful questions, and explored the exciting opportunities that await them after graduation.
A huge thank you to the University of Rio Grande for hosting such a well-organized and inspiring event — and for supporting our students as they plan for their futures!
