Mrs. Gibbs graduated from Southern Local in 1981 as valedictorian of her class.  Additionally, she received her associates degree from Rio Grande College in Medical Technology.  Mrs. Gibbs currently works at Jackson General Hospital in Ripley, WV. This is Mrs. Gibbs fourth year serving on the Board of Education.  She has sought to "make a difference", and is honored to be elected to the Board. Mrs. Gibbs resides in Racine with her husband Ed.  She has three children:  Adam, Benjamin and Emily.  In her spare time, Mrs. Gibbs enjoys working on her family's farm.
